According to the amendment bill passed by the European Parliament, the European Union will ban consumers from using cleaning agents containing 0.1% or more of methylene chloride by themselves and at the same time prohibit the sale of this product to consumers; in principle, professionals are also prohibited from using it outside of industrial production sites.
